Annie's a very lucky woman. She gets to do what she loves for a living. Living in a city she loves. And working with people she loves, her clients. Annie brings to her clients experience gained from a career based on understanding people. She has lived in Toronto her entire life, and knows the city like it was her backyard.

Annie always showed an interest in houses. Growing up in High Park/Roncesvalles, she would travel through the city with her father as a young girl, helping him fix homes up and soaking in the design and architectural assortment this great city had to offer. And over time she has lived in the East, North and West ends of the city.

Selling houses isn’t her first career. First came Sales and Marketing roles with some of the most influential, consumer focused businesses in the world. An early career with consumer goods companies Coca-Cola and Pepsi Cola followed by roles with one of Canada's leading advertising agencies for twenty years, have given Annie a unique customer focus and understanding of the consumer. So what does that mean for her clients? It means she knows how important it is to clearly understand what a client is looking for. Or what a prospective buyer needs. Annie loves real estate and her full-time service has made her an award-winning agent.

Annie lives with her husband Bob Chant and their dog Eleanor in Bloor West Village after living in North Toronto for 18 years.
